Our court ordered child custody agreement gives my ex and I shared custody with switch off days on Monday after school. My ex said that he's taking the boys out of town this weekend and won't be back until Wednesday. He does not have my permission to do this. What can I do legally when my boys are not at school Monday afternoon for pick up? What rights do I have?

If next week is the Spring Break and in your agreement you are to "share" spring break then this might be a different answer/question.

However, based on what you have told me you will have to wait until he violates the shared parenting/time sharing and then can file a Motion for Contempt/Enforcement.

If he doesn't bring them back you might want to speak further with an attorney about more serious options.
