re enforce child support

i filed for child support in sept 2010 and my ex was ordered to pay in feb. 2011, directly to tallahassee, however, he just got a job and insist in paying me with a check less than 1/2 of the amount of the bi-weekly amount he should be paying me. i don't have the money to go back and pay an attorney to take him back to court. should i just file through the re-enforcement office or call his job to enforce what he should pay me oh and he gave me a check should i return that since that is not in the paper work?

You can take the check. But he will eventually run into trouble. The state disbursement unit will think the support was unpaid.
