Separated but not divorced

Hello. I have a quick question. I've separated from my husband back in march of 2010 but we are still not divorced. I want to start tve process and when I speak to him of it he says he will not give me the divorce. What can I do?

Also, I earned more than him but like I've said we have not been living together since march of last year. Can he get any money from me?

You need to file for Dissolution of Marriage and have him personally served by a sheriff or process server. You will be able to get divorced. As to your request about him "getting money from you" you will need to speak with an attorney and provide more details.
