Communication Blocked?

My ex-husband has cut off all communication with me. I am unable to contact him via phone, text... And he won't respond on the paperwork I send with our son on his days. The emergency phone # he provided is his parents where he does not live and he refuses to provide his address to me. What should I file with the courts to make him provide me with open communication and an address for him?

In most final judgments there is a clause that states the parties must keep current contact information updated within a certain number of days. You can file a Motion for Contempt/Enforcement and document how your ex is not complying with the final judgment as to contact information.
