    Question Lost in System?

A divorced father of three payed child supporticon and other financial assistance while he was able. Seven years ago, the former wife petitioned the Circuit Court of Florida to "Terminate Ongoing Child Support" and that "Domestic Relations Depository shall zero out all arrears". The petition was "Granted", "Done and Ordered" by the Circuit judgeicon. Then three or four years ago the whole matter was reversed! To date, the State of Florida has suspended his Driver's License and his Registrations, and seeks to collect all past and ongoing monies. Unemployed and unable to seek gainful employment, I wonder how one is expected to pay Child Support? In addition, the youngest child is now eighteen, has graduated from High School, and attends College. What has happened in this case? Have I missed something? Please advise. Thankyou in advance.

Unfortunately this is a situation in which an attorney would need to review the relevant documents prior to responding. There may be something missing here that can be caught in reviewing the necessary paperwork.
