Alimony
I was divorce in Nov 2010.We were married for six years. We had an agreement on child support
and alimony. We have triplets that are 3 1/2 years old. I became a stay at home mom before they turned a year old. Now he is threaten to take me back to court to reduce child support and remove alimony payments. I am still a stay at home mom and depend on those payments from him I have just taken it to child support so they will collect both payments from him. Can he get them reduce or remove alimony payments even though a judge
approved and signed our agreement of divorce? We did not use Attorneys at the time of divorce because he agreed to the payments and I stayed with a home we had that was paid off, that we had purchased for investments durning the marriage that was always in my name since the purchase of the home. He stayed with the family home which is now in foreclosure but on hold because he is doing chapter 13 I think. He is also threaten to reverse the divorce agreement so I would have to sell my home and split the money with him. Is that possible?

Most of these things are unlikely to happen.
But there is enough at stake to have an attorney review documents and give you an opinion. You are not talking about much money.
