    Default visitations

    how can I ask the judgeicon to extend summer visitations... I'm the non-custodial parent and visitations are non-local...can I ask to have full summer vacations with my children... I see my children only when the non-custodial wants... I'm entiled to have my childen every other weekend, but because is 4 hours away the custodial parent refuses to take my children.. I have filed serval complaints with the courts but nothing has happened...what can I do?
