    Default Timesharing Schedule

I am going through divorce with child.
My ex and I have been following a timesharing shedule for our 3 year old that consists of him getting her every wednesday overnight and every other weekend from friday to sunday where I would pick child up at his residence by 6pm on sunday. We have been doing this for 4 1/2 months now.
This past weekend was his timesharing and he refused to give child to me and was not home.
Child has been doing very well with this arrangement, and now is already showing signs of problems.
We do not have a court order on timesharing.
What can I do? What would a judgeicon do?
    Thank you for your time.

A judgeicon will sign off a Time-Sharing / parentingicon Plan that is in the best interests of the child and that promotes stability. If your current plan is working well for everyone and you and your spouse agree to the terms, then the Judge will defer to your arrangement and will not disturb it.
