Hi, im going through a divorce and my husband and i wrote out an agreement about how we would split up child visitations. I am also leaving him with the house and all assets. we both signed it.
I have filed for an injunction against him for domestic violence. will that hurt me in the courtroom because of the agreement we wrote out?

Probably not. On a practical level the judge will wonder how you are going to co-parent. But in the end, chances are the court will sign off on your agreement.
