child support
I have raised my daughter since birth the mother has been an absent parent...in 2005 i was in county jail for 7 months for a DUI... The mother took care of my daughter those 7 months with the help of my family... She still went and file for child support
while I was behind bars... when I was released from jail I took my daughter back and have been raising her all alone.. the mother is very unstable has 3 other children from 3 different dads, sold the youngest and I just found out that I have a $14,000 arrears in child support since 2005... I have been the primary caregiver since my daughter was born with no help from the mother...what can I do how can I request the court to close and waive all the arrears...please help me...

You need to file a Motion to Correct child support
. This is likely something that a consultation can help you figure out if you need/want an attorney. It may be difficult to do this on your own (dealing with DOR child support enforcement).
