    Default Child Support Help

    My wife and I divorced after 15 years of marriage last April. Since then, I have been paying the agreed upon amount for child supporticon for our 2 children (9 and 15 years old). She is now threatening me with legal action for refusing to give her additional money to cover half of the expenses of various items she deems necessary (clothes, shoes, etc.). I thought thats what my child support was supposed to be for. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

    No. You are correct that child supporticon is intended to cover those types of items.
