    Default Retirements

My husband left me and my special needs child for another woman. We are getting ready to go to trial in a couple of weeks. The lawyers have asked for retirement info from both of us. I am in law enforcment, so I have state retirement. I only make $35,000 a year now, since my husband left us, i no longer work overtime...ever. The state sent me what they have figured he is entitled to which is about $240 a month after I retire. I would only get $600 after that. I haven't seen what his company has come up with (UPS). Now HE currently makes $78,000 a year, much more than me....I am terrified. Will the courts let him collect retirement from me when he makes so much more?
