QDRO amd Alimoney

Court ordered to pay permanent alimoney, and QDRO was issued for 50% of pension Can ex draw from my pension and also get alimoney ? Or will one offset the other if one is a greater amount ?

If you have already gone to final hearing and the final judgment states that you will pay a certain amount for alimony that is a separate issue than Equitable distribution (giving her 50% of your retirement for example). If your income is the pension that is being paid out...different matter.
