Default divorce writer missing paper work

My ex husband and I were both residents of the state of kentucky and used divorcewriter for our divorce. During the process, I was assured that we would not have to appear before a judgeicon because our divorce was uncontested. We had everything notarized and filed the paperwork together. We were told that we would receive a confirmation (I forget the exact words they used) in about 2-3 weeks saying that our divorce had been finalized. Now 2 months later, still nothing. I called the court house and they said that nothing had been finalized because we had to file a motion for a hearing! After a long talk with divorcewriter customer service they said that either a piece was missing or the county had a requirement that they didn't know about. So my question is, how do I file a motion for a hearing?
