For the past 2 years My annual income has been around 10,000. I was laid-off on feb I have a child support hearing to modify my payments the other parent is not woking either, if they put down any income for me are they allowed to use any income as my income would it be Zero income, minimum wage or the income I have been earning for the past 2 years...what should I request the courts because minimum wage is still higher income than what I was making for the past 2 years..
