    Default re-opening final judgement

My ex husband is transferring due to the Coastguard out of state for 4 years. He just re-opened our case and I'm about to be served. He's wanting 75 over nights, we have a 50/50 split right now, however being hes up and moving out of state what rights do I have and do I need a lawyer? I don't have money to fight this, so what should I do? I'm an amazing mother, however not a wealthy one. Is he entitled to at least 75 overnights? Or should i fight this?
