Court ordered to get Life Insurance to secure Alimoney and child support in case of death. Can not get insurance due to health conditions. Worst case senerio what could happen ? Can i file a motion with the court to explain why i can't get the insurance. Thanks

You don't have to do anything until the other side attempts to enforce the provision.

At that time, you must be ready to show the following:

That you applied to at least three companies for a policy
That you received letters from all three declining your application.
