    Default Moving

I am moving to Florida from out of state with my boyfriend and out child. We are moving in with his mom. If our relationship doesn't work out what are my rights to the baby? Do I have to stay in Florida or can I move back home?

If there is no established parentingicon plan or paternity action (no court order) then you as the mother can move where you want with the child. Once there is a court proceeding in place (he or you file to establish time sharing/parenting) then you cannot relocate without the court's permission.
