Default To Facebook or Not to Facebook.

My Husband has custody of his daughter (8 yrs ago), which he won from the state of Georgia who removed his daughter from her Mothers custody. The ex has since moved down to Florida to be closer to her daughter which is great, however she's more concerned of being her "friend" than being a Parent. She's 13 now, which is hard enough to battle without having support from all those involved with raising her. The ex asked if we were ok with her getting a cell phone, we said no, but she got one anyway for her. Now she's opened a Facebook page for her secretly at first then informing us after it had been open for a few weeks. My husband expressed his extreme disapproval of this and she refuses to remove the page. Just in our area alone there are 20+ sexual predators listed. Is there anything we can do?

Facebook is a problem for minor children. If your husband is concerned with the Mother not co-parenting the child then he might want to file a Motion to Enforce the parentingicon plan in Georgia.
