    Default Counterpetition

Wife filed a counterpetition, she signed the document on 5/12 ( I have proof) notary stamp on document reads expired on 5/9 (I checked with the State of Florida and the notary is still expired )and the date that my wife sign was crossed out and replace with 5/9. Do i have grounds to file a motion to strike the counterpetion as fraudlant and if i do what FSS should i use as referance. Thanks

You have some technical grounds to raise. But in the big picture, it is most likely a waste of time. Plus your efforts are guaranteed to get the judgeicon annoyed.
