    Default Motion of contempt

    My ex quit paying alimonyicon and child supporticon when he retired early (55). Can the court ido my money from his retirement check? If I can send the court a copy of his potential income being a pastor of a church will they (imput??) that income and let me keep my permanent alimony??He can return to the State for employment after 1 or 6 months of being retired,he has FRS retirement... I appreciate your help..thank you

    Support and alimonyicon are due each month until the last judgment is modified. Merely quitting a job does not end the obligation. So you can still try to collect if he has not filed a Supplemental Petition for modificationicon.
