    Default visitation

I have been divorced now for years I have a 13 year old who does not want to see their father anymore. My child has been in counseling off and on for years. It has now come to the fact that my child no longer wants to see their father. At what age can a child decide to walk away from a parent. I know I know this is not an easy decision but believe me if the whole story was to be told the decision would be understood. What can I do to stop the visitation?

A child can never decide to completely stop parentingicon time. And chances are you cannot stop anything if the father wants to assert his rights.
