    I would like to know what my rights are in the state of florida for grandparents my daughter will not let us see the children that we have been very much part of since they were both born she is a drinker but no abuse to the children they live right next to us and children call out for us but she refuses to let them see us or her husband to bring over thank you regina

    This is not what you want to hear ...

    When you have two intact parents in place, there are no grandparent rights. If the parents are unfit there are possible remedies. But it sounds like that is not the case.
