My divorce process is going on 7 months, and I'm in the process of setting up child support. If my worksheet figures an amount, but over the past 7 months my ex has not paid me that, will that go into arrears or did a order have to be in place.
What would a judge do about this if the additional money is requested that ex didn't pay?

You may ask for the money in arrears and a judge will normally grant it. Traditionally, you can ask for the base amount of child support to be increased by 10% . The additional portion will end when the arrears are paid off.
