    Default Child support

    Does child supporticon continue after 18 if child is still in high school because of bad grades not because of age, in state of florida.

    In Florida, child supporticon can continue past the child's 18th birthday if the child is still in high school, and performing in good faith with a reasonable expectation of graduation before the age of 19.
