    Default UK Court Order valid in Florida?

    I have a UK court order against my ex-husband, who is now living in Florida. Can I have the order enforced in Florida and, if so, how do I start proceedings?

    You need to file a certified copy of the order in the county where he resides. Then you need to file a motion for enforcement and hold a hearing.
