can a mother lose her son to the father if she hit the father and went to jail for it

i hit my soon to be exhubby and know hes saying he can get him fully because i hit him and went to jail for it.. but dcf came and saw both my kids were not being hit or mistreated and very takein care of by me.. we are in florida

They should not hold back your time sharing with the child based on the allegation of you hitting your spouse. The domestic violence court may provide you with a time sharing schedule through the civil court. The Divorce court will look at all the facts. You need to make sure you know who from DCF investigated and whether the case file was closed.
