Default In need of some answers please

i was recently arrested on monday may 30th for 2 counts of child abuse (mental) and battery. the battery charge was dropped but i have a no contact order with my kids or their father. i was labeled the primary aggressor so i was arrested. and because the children where home but didnt see anything but heard everything. i was the one that called the cops. my oldest child 5, told the police i went into the bathroom while he was in the shower and i asked him a question and he told me to get out. so that verified his story but i was attacked first. but because my 5 yr old confirmed that part of his story i was arrested and labeled the primary aggressor. this isnt the first incident between us. there were 2 prior cases of domestic violence towards me from him. i was sentenced to 4 years of probation. i finished that. DCF was involved in those cases and they were dropped because i was no harm to them. so my question is our next court hearing isnt until july 22nd. and the apartment we shared together we are getting evicted from this month in june. so does he have a right to move to another state with the kids even though this is an open case.?and because i have a no contact order with my kids or him. and does he have to be at the court hearing july 22nd? and hes not vouching for me because he is mad and he wants full custody to hurt my feelings.and is there anything i can do to get my kids back because i am not a bad parent to my babies. and is he able to drop the no contact order with me towards the kids? please help me!!! im in desperate need of answers thank u soooo much

He can cooperate with you to try to eliminate any existing no contact orders.

No, technically he is not allowed to leave the state with the children. But it sounds like you have a lot going on. Someone will need to carefully review all of your court documents.
