income deduction order for child support

at my final hearing the judge approved an income deduction order against my exhusband. child support was noted to start june 1. neither myself nor my ex have received any documentation on what to do if anything regarding payment/collection of child support. i do not know who to contact at clerk office, i do not have an attny, and the case manager for our case does not return calls. please advise. thx.

Someone needs to draft an income deduction order, have the judge sign it, and forward it to his employer. The State Disbursement Unit would start to send you checks.
