Default Can I file a motion for Contempt Violation against ex-spouse?

I am the non-custodial parent and have my 8yr old on standard visitation days. Before the divorce, I had my son every weekend and we got used to it. Now, as hard as it is, I'm trying to follow the decree as not to get in trouble with the law. On her weekends, she keeps harassing me (calling, texting, calling other family members) asking if I could pick up my son. She tells him I don't want to pick him up =(

Can I file a police report when this happens? I would really like to have the decree changed to where I have my son every weekend, if possible.

    Thank you in advance.

The police will not get involved. You need to file a modificationicon proceeding in family court.
