What happens when you have already been to court and had child supporticon ordered to the other party and now Department of Revune has now stepped in and sent a letter to the other persons work stating they need to garnisg 60% of their wages? He says he is going to get a lawyer to fight it. What should I do?

If the Department of Revenue has ordered child supporticon they are able to garnish wages up to 60% from their paycheck if there is an arrears for child support.
