    Default State Juristiction

    I was married and divorced in Massachusetts, my child supporticon order is also in Massachusetts but now we both live seperate lives in the state of Florida. If I wanted to put in for a modificationicon to the support order do I have to do that in Massachusetts or can I do that in Florida?

    You can modify in Mass. or you can file a Petition to Domesticate a Foreign Order and do so in Florida.
