Default husband in need of help

my husband was ordered in 2008 to start paying child supporticon to his 16 and 14 yr old boys. Got court papers to go back to court in MA, DOR attorney took over the case and increased the support, one child is 18 hasn't lived with his mother since he was 12 yrs old, and is failing school so will not graduate still a junior, does he still need to continue paying child support for a child who is 18 and is not doing anything to try to finish high school and does not live with the custodial parent? The other child goes to an alternative school does that still count once he turns 18?

If your case is in Massachusetts then you need to ask an attorney in that state. If your case is in Florida then it would be wise to do a Supplemental Petition to Terminate child supporticon and make the arguments listed here.
