    Default Make my divorce simple

My wife and I are getting divorced and we want to make it at easy as possible. The main question is we have a 2 year old child and we were wondering if we could just get the divorce and leave him out of it and we will work out visitation on our own.

Florida law now dictates that the parties must enter into a parentingicon Plan that delineates the time sharing schedule. Once the parties are divorced they can continue to negotiate and come up with a new/different time sharing plan and the judgeicon will not come to their home and question this. The parenting plan is a "fall back" for when the parties cannot agree. No court will grant a divorce without addressing the time sharing/parenting issue for a minor child in common.
