    Default Adultery Question

If my spouse committed adultery two years ago and that's what ultimitely got us where we are would the court consider that time the end of the marriage? What I'm asking is will they shave off the two years from that time until today.

    Thanks

Probably not. You may have a strong point if the adultery was continuous and very active.
