Background
Final Judgment 2000
Served Mod. for child support
I Responded to Summons and filed Fin. Affidavit/Child Support Worksheet (he hadn't at the time) **judgehad Ordered both parties to file WAIVER of MANDATORY DISCLOSURE.
Questions
Not in my best interest to file this waiver, plus my final judgment states that the ex has to provide copies of his tax returns to me each year which he hasn't. I was going to file a motion for clarification, one to contest and one for cross hearing??? How do I get the ex to produce the returns bcs he's lied on his affidavit that I just received as well? He's taking the deduction for medical insurance and his wife is the one insuring them. Plus he "forgot" to list a company he owns. If I had the returns, you could see the discrepancies. Plus he claimed one of the kids as a Dependant, then states zero on the affidavit.. I know this, bcs he asked me three times which child I was claiming in 2010. What motions are in my best interest to file?
