    Default Motion of Contempt

Ex had an income deduction order to pay child/alimonyicon support. Ex has retired early, stopped paying support on his own...If I have to take ex back to court for contempt will the judgeicon make the ex pay all the support he owes and my attorney fees?I don't have extra money to keep fighting to keep what was agreed to in the MSA..Ex is only doing this so he can stop paying support. I need to know if a Judge will help me,I put him through school and stayed home,28 yrs put into this marriage...

Normally, a court will enforce all support arrears. Many times - you will get attorney fees although that is not guaranteed.
