Default I thought FL was a no fault State?

I see other post of Adultery and how that would affect Support and alimonyicon.....I thought all FL cares about is splitting the assets and the kids. I have a large file of all the Facebook chats and emails my wife had with old boyfriends....including a one where they planned to meet up at a hotel in Tampa where she was attending a convention. He never showed and she claims she never had physical contact with any of them.....does this file have any value to me......it just reminds me why my marriage is ending.

    Thanks

It is slightly important in an alimonyicon case. It depends on the judgeicon and how it is presented. Adultery is still a legal issue.
