I have a verbal agreement with the mother of my daughter that the baby lives with me 5 days a week, and the mother gets her on the 2 days a week she dose not work. However today she has told me the only way I get to have my daughter back is if I pay her. The mother is addicted to weed and spends all her money on it. The house that she is living in is currently a hoarders house. The house has tools and lumber and so many things every where. I do not know what I need to do in order to get my daughter back.
