    Default 50/50?

Been married 16 years now and just two months ago my husband and I had our revocable trusts changed from separate trusts (his trust included inherited money after we were married and my trust had just the house in it) to a joint trust in both of our names with now all of his inherited money and the house. Everything is now titled in both of our names. This was done to try to save our marriage due to the fact that my husband strayed from the marriage last year but no real proof of actually having sexual relations with a particular woman. I have facebook messages and proof that he traveled to her home (out of state) but not actually staying with her. Anyways, my question would be, am I now entitled to 50% of ALL assests including the inherited money that now has my name on it? I do not think our marriage will last much longer and want to know if I am now protected financially. Can he go before a judgeicon and fight that it has only been in my name for a few months now and that I would not be entitled to 50%? Thank You for your advice.

You can show evidence that traces the money from its former non-marital form. That should accomplish what you are looking for.
