Default will child support cange if...

I have been ivorced for 6 years, and I am the non-custodial parent. I just had a new baby from my second marriage, I have been told that this may qualify for a substantial change of income/expenses on my behalf, therefore, I may qualify for a reduction on child supporticon based on my new born baby.

    Default

Florida law only factors in subsequent children when a parent is requesting an upward modificationicon of an existing child supporticon order. Expenses related to your new child will not qualify as a substantial change in circumstances, and so they will not support a reduction in your current child support amount.
