I have been married for 9 years, one child and I have not worked the entire time. We bought a house 2 years ago and its in my dads and his name. He has not paid anything on it. My dad makes the payment. He would not be able to make the payments on the house, taxes and hoa. Would he get the house if he fights for it or will I? Would I get custody or alimony?

But it sounds like you will have a claim for some type of alimony.
