    my husband and i have been seperated for two months. til today everything was civil we split everything down the middle and moved on. i have been asking for the title to my car for this length of time with no luck. today he came to my work put all of my belongings in a box an threw it inside the door and took off. he has a vehicle he uses so he already has transportation. is their anything i can do ? i do not have any money so how is the quickest way to get this man out of my life? how long will it take to get a court date? any help will be greatly appreciated

    You may want to apply for legal aid. Or, look up the forms at Florida State Courts to file your own case.

    There is no quick way of getting the car back.

    Default domestic violence arrest

    My son was arrested for domestic violence even though it was his girlfriend who started the fight and hit him first, bloodied his nose and mouth. But when asked by the police she lied and said she didn't hit him. He told the truth and said yes he did hit her once no injuries. He has been released to their home and has to report for supervision. Will this affect his ability to get custody of his 20 month old child? What should he do?

    Yes, absolutely. Judges also look at domestic violence when deciding custody issues. There is no cookie cutter strategy to address that situation. I suggest a consult with an attorney.
