    Default Unmarried Parental Issues

    Background:
We were together 5 years, recently broke up and have a two year old daughter.
He contracts overseas, makes a lot of money.
I am a full time nursing student and have a part time job at the hospital.
He came home unexpectedly without warning, homestead in our house, turned our landlord against me. Told me I needed to be out of the house or he would call the cops. We have had to call the cops twice for conflict between us, one of which involved domestic violence on his part (no one was arrested, no witnesses/marks). I got a temporary injunction against him, he's been served and had a one time assist to get his things from house. The judgeicon ordered that he keep our daughter over the weekend, which he did. When he had her I found out he got a DNA test done on her. I have since got her back, we have our hearing for DV on Wed. My legal aid on the case suggested I go to Dept of Rev and get child supporticon started since he leaves back overseas July 6th. I went down there only for them to tell me there's nothing they can do for like 6 months because they need an address to serve him. I even told them he is in town right now, but they still claim there is nothing they can do.

    My questions:
    1. What can I do to get child support now? Because I know once he goes back overseas, it will be a LONG process and I do not have enough money for my daughter and I to make it.
    2. We have property together, I have took some things out of the house, he has took some things out of the house. He is claiming I am "stealing things" and vice versa. What do we need to do to resolve these issues? And can I go ahead and start moving things out of the house without legal action against me?
    3. If the judge rules towards him on the hearing on Wed for DV, will he be able to come back to the house? If so, will he be able to kick me out? Even if I provide sole care for our daughter?
    4. We have no lease in the house we are at right now, how long does the landlord have to evict me from the house?

You can get child supporticon in a DV hearing.

You cannot steal from yourself. Both of you own everything in the house.

If there is no lease, the landlord can give notice equivalent to a month. That may change depending on how often you pay rent.

People can be served quickly, but only by private process server. You are using a free government service - you get what you pay for.
