How can i go live with my mom ?

My parents are seperated and I live with my dad right now. We don't get along at all. The school that im attending isn't very good for me either. Theres better schools out there for me. How can my mom have legal custody of me?

Its really bad, everyday i go into my room and cry and i think of suicide on a daily basis.
One of my good friends said her mom said she could take me in if it gets really bad. How can i do that ?

If your parents are not in agreement, it would be difficult to change custody. There needs to be some sort of huge problem on one end to file for a change. And that problem must severely impact your best interests.
