    Default No divorce filed, Can I relocated with my children

    we have been sperated since sept. 2010, he is not helping with the children, and has moved on and started an other family. I want to relocate to an other state so I can go to school and have the help of my family and support that I need. Can I be charged with kidnapping the children.

    No, because either parent has the right to move with the kids. Of course ... he may file a divorce case and seek to have the children returned.
