You can get a certified copy of the income deduction order from the clerk of court and send it to the employer yourself.
When you turn your case over to DOR for enforcement, who do you go to when they won't enforce. My ex has had 2 employers in 3.5 years. They took 2 payments out of one employer and now are refusing to send a new income deduction order to his next employer. He has been there 6 months. He brings home 3 times what he said he made at the hearing. Do I have any legal recourse? He is over $30,000 in arrears. I just want what was ordered. I am not looking to reopen this case. Any way to make the DOR enforce?

That is true. Or you can hire a private attorney to enforce the arrears.
