    Hi,

I would like to know if I am married and pregnant by someone else but my husband and I are seperated am I able to put the father of my child on child supporticon? Someone told me that you can't get child support from the father if you are still married to someone else.

That child is presumed to be of the marriage. So the answer is no. You need to straighten that out in a Paternity court case.
