Default 5 people in one bedroom

My 4 year old mentioned to me last night that when they go to their daddy's house they all share one bedroom. I asked him who shares a room with you? He said Daddy, his g/f sleep on the bottom bunk, him and his brother share the top bunk and his half brother sleeps in a crib in their room. While Nana and her boyfriend share another room.

My soon to be ex husband and I have shared custody of our boys, he has them three nights a week and I have them 4 nights a week. However, we have a final divorce hearing in August. I am wondering if I should call Child protection to investigate the situation or should I wait until court to bring it up? He has an attorney I do not.

Also, he was living in section 8 housing paying only 526 a month according to the financial affidavit he filed for court. He did not inform me that he was moving or going to be back with his mother. By law isn't he suppose to tell me when they move?

You should call child protective servicesicon IF you believe the child(ren) is in danger. You definitely can and should address this with the court especially if he is not being honest in his financial affidavit.

All together they have 9 people living in a three bedroom. The grandmother of the children along with her boyfriend smoke pot in the house with my children their. However, CPI says wed is the least drug they are worried about.
