Just recently divorced, (paying child supporticon and permanent alimonyicon) if and when i decided to remarry (big if )would the income from new spouse be used to increase alimony. In short can ex file a modifaction for an increase in alimony due to having a dual income ?

The receiving ex spouse cannot modify alimonyicon or child supporticon based on your new spouse's income. Your spouse's income is protected from a modificationicon proceeding. IF, however, you make any attempts to lower your income or conceal your assets in a new spouse's name the court may look into this if you were trying to lower your payments.
